Cancellation and Refund Policy


1. Cancellation Terms

1.1. Reservation Cancellation

  • Cancellations made 48 hours prior: A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the service date.
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours prior: If the cancellation is made 24-48 hours before the service date, 50% of the total fee will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service date.

1.2. No-Show

If the customer is not present at the reserved time (no-show), the service will be considered delivered, and no refunds will be made.

2. Change Requests

  • Requests for changes to the reservation date or time can be made up to 24 hours before the service date and are subject to vehicle and staff availability.
  • If the requested change is not feasible, standard cancellation terms will apply.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
  • The refund process may take 7-14 business days, depending on the bank's procedures.

4. Special Conditions

  • Different cancellation and refund policies may apply for special events, group bookings, or long-term rentals. In such cases, the terms specified in the agreement will apply.
  • In case of cancellations initiated by our company, the customer will receive a full refund or an alternative service/date based on their preference.
