DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

Article 1: Parties

This agreement is made between CyproBus Transport Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and Customer (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer") for online sales transactions.

Article 2: Subject

This agreement governs the sale and delivery of tourism and transportation services provided by the Seller to the Buyer electronically.

Article 3: Product and Service Details

The services offered are defined on the website, and the details and prices of the selected service are approved by the Buyer.

Article 4: Payment and Delivery

Payment is made through the Seller's online payment methods.

Services are provided upon payment confirmation, and reservation details are shared with the Buyer.

Article 5: Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days. Cancellation requests must be submitted via operasyon@cyprobus.com

Article 6: Miscellaneous

This agreement is governed by the laws of Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti, Girne and Girne Kaza Mahkemesi has jurisdiction over disputes.
